Start by downloading the MINI App on your smartphone. It will help you get to know and utilize your MINI’s safety and convenience features.

MINI Connected

MINI Connected underpins many of the functions and services that your MINI offers. It’s a personal mobility assistant that helps you navigate and control many vehicle functions. The MINI App connects your smartphone and Mini’s touchscreen, accessing its multimedia system, phone calling, using Siri or Alexa, building and storing itineraries, scheduling events, getting alerts about traffic hazards and weather updates. Some of this can be accomplished through voice commands; a button on your steering wheel triggers MINI”s Voice Control functions. 

Remote Services

Using Remote Services, the MINI App offers access to your MINI even when you’re not in it. Find its location, see if you’ve locked it or closed the windows. And for those of us in a (sometimes) cold climate, start your MINI and heat or cool the interior – to just the temperature you want.

MINI Pre-Conditioning & State of Charge

There are some additional features that benefit MINI’s Countryman SE ALL4  electric vehicle owners. For instance, managing your State of Charge and Preconditioning. Using the MINI App you can set your charge at the level you want – say 80% for daily driving and 100% for a road trip. You can schedule ahead and make different programs for different days and times. At the same time you can schedule ahead on heating and cooling the interior. 

Drive Recorder

What doorbell cameras have done for your home, MINI’s Drive Recorder function does for your MINI. Adding onboard cameras has also allowed you MINI to record memorable moments and more importantly, it automatically records theft attempts or accidents.
