Our Favorite Moments from Summer 2015
Although Schomp MINI is a dealership, we host and partner with several events, every season. And this summer was packed with fun including live music, tasty food and events that raised money for kids and families going through a rough time. If you haven’t kept up with all of Schomp MINI’s summer events, take a look back at some of the exciting adventures we’ve been on this season.
Underground Music Showcase
The 2015 Underground Music Showcase presented by Schomp MINI took place this summer on July 23-26 throughout the South Broadway area of Denver. This event brought thousands of music lovers to experience both local and national music acts on the rise. Local acts In the Whale, Oko Tygra and Covenhoven performed, along with national favorites Brick + Mortar, Dragondeer and Residual Kid.
Pridefest
On June 20 and 21, PrideFest 2015 took place throughout Denver. This special weekend every year is all about celebrating equality and the LGBT community here in Colorado. Schomp MINI was once again a participant, sending wrapped Schomp MINI cars through the parade.
Children’s Hospital Sale
On July 13-16, the 2015 Children’s Hospital Sale took place at Schomp MINI, Schomp Honda and Schomp BMW. The Children’s Hospital Sale gives a portion of every car purchased goes toward the Children’s Hospital Colorado Burn Center. Schomp MINI wrapped cars as superheroes and sent them down a parade in Highlands Ranch!
MINIs in the Mountains
The 10th annual MINIs in the Mountains event, hosted by MINI5280, took place on August 5-9. For the first year ever, this event was hosted in Snowmass, Colorado, with a beautiful backdrop, perfect for the group rides and events. Dozens of MINIs were in attendance as we celebrated the MINI brand and lifestyle all weekend long.
Modern In Denver Summer Party
On Thursday, July 9th, Modern In Denver hosted the infamous MID Summer Party, which was all about pop art, food and drinks, and the brand-new Modern In Denver Summer Issue. Guests had the opportunity to network with others as everyone celebrated MID in style.
